About the Authors:
John Wood is a prize-winning American poet and
photographic critic. He has published four books of poetry and
twelve volumes of photographic criticism and history. He curated
the 1995 Smithsonian Institution exhibition Secrets of the Dark
Chamber and is the editor of 21st: The Journal of Contemporary
Photography.
Libby Horner lived
for many years in the Middle and Far East where she brought up
two children and worked as a freelance designer. Returning to
England three years ago she re-invented herself as an art historian,
co-authored a book on Pugin's own church at Ramsgate, researched
the life of M.H. Bloxam for the New DNB and is currently
concentrating her energies on compiling the catalogue raisonne
of Brangwyn's work.
